In the epilogue, King's developing Titan powers allow him to create a new glyph system, which he begins to teach Luz. Luz and Willow are attending magic photo class, which is making pictures out of people's memories. However, they must be careful not to damage the prints otherwise they will damage the memories themselves. When Amity sees the photo of her with Willow, she rushes over and regretfully burns it before Boscha sees it. However, she ends up accidentally burning all the photos taken from Willows memory, erasing her memories in the process. When Luz and Gus notice Willow has forgotten them, they rush back to the photo class and catch Amity trying to save the photos, but it is already too late.

After the events at Hexside, Hunter explains the Day of Unity to the group of students, including Willow and Amity, and the two hold hands due to them being frightened of what was to come of the Day of Unity. In "Wing It Like Witches", it is implied that Willow had figured out that Amity has gained a crush on Luz, but as of yet hasn't done anything with that information, and even before she and Amity began to mend their friendship, Willow appeared to have nothing against Luz being friends with Amity. Willow and Amity concerned over Belos' coven mandate for witches of all ages.

She blames Amity for every problem in her life and acts annoyed when Amity mistakes her as weak. If all she’s ever practiced is abomination magic how did she get so good at plant magic. I understand she’s a prodigy or whatever but it’s so obvious she was just given something so we just accept that she’s all confident when she has don’t literally nothing to earn that confidence. Willow is a boring character who doesn’t deserve everything that’s been given to her. In season two, Kikimora shows more of her ruthless side as she uses her dragon in an attempt to murder Hunter and take credit for his mission of retrieving palismen. Television alone cannot make the world a better place, especially for the young people directly affected by the right-wing crusade against the queer and trans community. But these young audiences are the ones that most need to see that their stories matter. And they should be able to see themselves as the heroes in these stories without having to compromise who they are. Of course, “The Owl House” is more than a collection of representational milestones. It’s a fun, funny and heartfelt series that celebrates individuality, family, kindness and creativity set in a creepy, vibrant world.

Willow is cautious of Amity, and she is almost caught when she catches Luz eating a sandwich during lunch. Because abominations don't eat, Amity thinks she has caught her red-handed, but she is instead sent to Principal Bump's office. When Willow understood what Amity did in her head in "Understanding Willow", she was slow to accept Amity as a friend yet, but says "that it's a start", partially forgiving her. During the time skip in "Thanks to Them", Willow sports a pink sleeveless top with white shoulder straps, green shorts, blue flip-flops, and a pink butterfly hair clip. She wears several more outfits throughout her stay but has two prominent sets of clothes she wears.

After Willow's friendship with Amity was strained, she was left without friends until she met Gus several years later at Hexside. Willow enjoys hanging out with him, open to hearing his interests in human culture. Willow does not always agree with Gus on everything and shows disapproval when he lies to Luz about her ban being lifted. Luz and Willow have an incredibly close friendship, almost sisterly, and always jump to one another's defense when they need to. However, on both occasions, Willow acknowledges and appreciates that Luz's intentions were good and bears no ill will towards her for her efforts.

She breaks down into tears and cries for her fathers when Hunter teleports her and Gus out of the cavern.
Boscha begins doubling down on her mockery of Willow, going as far as to mess with Luz and Gus as well. After trying to harm Luz, Willow faced off against Boscha in a grudgby match and while Boscha won, Willow's good sportsmanship nearly cost her her friends. When Willow declined joining the Banshees, Boscha eased up on her bullying but still messed with Willow on occasion.
To escape multiple abominations, she uses her plant magic to get Luz to safety. In season two, it is shown that Bump openly enjoys Luz's presence at the school but is forced by the Blights to expel her, Gus, and Willow, despite not wanting to. When they attempt to get back into school, he is upset at having to prevent them from entering, and that he thinks life was dull without them.[8] "Hunting Palismen" reveals that the devil "hat" on his head is actually his palisman Frewin, which allows him to see due to an unspecified incident in his youth. After the students defeat Graye and the Emperor's Coven, Bump gets them to leave by stating that he would tell Emperor Belos that they were defeated by children.[47] He is captured by the Collector after the events of "King's Tide" and the remaining Hexside students create a statue in his honor, though he is later revived.
